echoes of abundance

shared voices.

rooted in Truth.

gathered things

a soft landing place for the in-between. the not-yets. the ordinary moments and reflections that don’t fit a category but still carry weight. stories, questions, resources, beauty, and breadcrumbs of truth gathered along the way.

from hustle to holy

stories of undoing and release. this is the sacred shift from performance to presence. it’s for the ones who have tried to earn peace through titles and effort. these are the moments we lay it all down and begin again.

joy in his word

scripture is not just a study: it is a meeting place. this category is for what surprises us, shapes us, and speaks to us through the living, breathing word of God.

becoming

identity is not something we build. it is something we receive. this is the slow formation of men and women learning to believe who Jesus says they are. not the world. not their past. not their performance.

altars and encounters

sacred places where something shifted. moments when God showed up and we could not stay the same. this is the space where fire falls and false things fall away.

starting fresh

a place for those who feel behind. these posts hold grace and tools for those beginning again. with open hands. with curiosity. with no need to perform. just hunger.

lead from wholeness

for the educator and leader who is tired of empty leadership. this space holds reflections and rhythms for guiding others without losing yourself. this is about leading from the inside out—led by the Spirit and grounded in truth.

abundance in action

abundance in action is where alchemy and abundance meet. In schools, we see peace in practice—teachers preparing classrooms, leaders building trust, communities thriving. together, these glimpses remind us that abundance isn’t abstract—it’s alive in ordinary moments that shape culture and spirit.

faq

  • nope. if you work in or around education in any capacity, you're welcome here.

  •  yes—and leadership doesn’t require a title. if you're influencing students, shaping culture, or encouraging others, you’re leading.

  • yes. if you’re drawn to this vision of living and leading with peace, you’re invited.

we believe abundance isn’t about doing more—it’s about being aligned with the fullness of God: Father, Son, and Holy Spirit. the Threefold peace of abundance invites us into a new way of living and leading:

peace in completeness (Jesus) – through Christ, we are whole and fully loved. we don’t have to earn rest or approval—it’s already ours.

peace in contentment (the Father) – through the Father, we trust in provision. even in seasons of lack or uncertainty, we can walk in quiet assurance.

peace in community (the Spirit) – through the spirit, we carry peace into our relationships, creating cultures of grace and connection wherever we serve.

the gals behind the scenes

we’re three women with different gifts and one shared heart: to serve, encourage, and build spaces where educators can breathe deep and lead well.

what started as a simple idea turned into a sacred assignment—and we’re honored to steward it together.

nat

nat grounds our work in beauty, truth, and creativity. she not only brings our vision to life through thoughtful design, but also serves as the technical backbone behind the scenes—making sure everything runs smoothly and looks just right.

brooke

brooke brings vision and heart, championing women in leadership and reminding us that we don’t have to strive to be worthy.

together, we hold space for the educator’s soul—a space to be seen, exhale, and reconnect with the deeper why behind your work.

this is not just a resource hub—it’s a reminder that you don’t have to lead from empty.

you don’t have to carry it all alone. you were never meant to.

welcome to abundance. welcome to peace.

about us

at the abundance collective, we are a trio of women—karri, nat, and brooke—who have walked different paths in faith and leadership, but share one deep calling: to live and lead from a place of abundance rooted in the very nature of God.

we created this space for anyone in the field of education—teachers, support staff, administrators, coaches, district leaders, and everyone in between—who longs to lead with peace instead of pressure. whether you lead a classroom, a team, a campus, or a conversation, you belong here.
